Like the Olmecs<\/a>, mother civilization of Mesoamerica<\/a>, the Aztecs believed that time was divided into five great cycles or Suns. The Mayas took up this belief, but they forged their legends on the forgetting of the ancient ones.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n Fortunately, these new myths were inspired by ancient solar symbols, which the wise Mayan still know how to read and understand.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n Each sun, each Tonatiuh<\/em> has a name: Ocelo Tonatiuh (Jaguar Sun) or Yoal Tonatiuh (Night Sun) or even Tlal Tonatiuh (Earth Sun) according to the versions (these three elements being very close), Eheca Tonatiuh (Wind Sun), Quiauh Tonatiuh (Rain Sun) and A Tonatiuh (Water Sun). Note that the first three sun only make two, in fact. Current narratives are the work of individuals who have forgotten the content of each sun.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n Mayan antiquity has unfortunately not been transmitted to us, who are cracking in the pond of A Tonatiuh, with the privative Latin A, the Water Sun meaning: the absence of the Sun. I also note the Earth Sun, Tlal Tonatiuh, with Tlal put for Tlaloc<\/a>.<\/p>\n Tlaloc was usually depicted with a mask provided with long fangs and large round eyes surrounded by circles which were often snakes.\u00a0 This representation is very close to that of the lightning gods from other civilizations of Mesoamerica, like Tlac or Chac among the Mayans. Its origin dates back at least to the civilization of Teotihuacan or even that of Tiahuanaco.\u00a0 He was also often depicted with a hat and instruments recalling his attributes (the axe, which represented lightning, and farming tools. Over time, these two circles around the eyes were faithfully reproduced by sculptors who no longer knew what it was about. Then they would be delirious, as all artists do. And the insignificant circles turned into snakes…<\/p>\n God of lightning and rain, Tlaloc the Ruisselant was worshipped throughout Mesoamerica under different names: Cocijo among the Zapotecs, Chac, Tchac or Tlac among the Mayans. It had its counterpart in the Andes, where the Ruisselant flowed down the andenes, the terraces of culture.<\/em><\/p>\n Master of lightning, he was the god who transforms men and renews nature.\u00a0 Lord of the rain, he presided over a large number of deities associated with fertility; despite the predominance in myths of major gods like Huitzilopochtli and Tezcatlipoca, in practice most sacrificial rites were dedicated to him.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n With his divine companions, the Tlaloques, he lived in the Tlalocan, an earthly paradise atop mountains, where food, water, and flowers were abundant.<\/em> (source)<\/a>http:\/\/mythologiesetlegendes.ifrance.com\/tlaloc.htm<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n Wait a minute?! A terrestrial paradise located at altitude, inhabited by civilizing gods, where there is an abundance of water, food, and flowers…\u00a0\u00a0 This reminds us of another similar paradise, that of the Sumerian legend, on the other side of the Atlantic, on the mountains of Kurdistan…\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n How is it that two exactly similar “legends” have developed so far, at a time when – in principle!! – communications did not exist, nor the transatlantic crossings…\u00a0\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n A likely answer is that these are not imaginary legends, but real facts, relocated to better hit the imaginations and told in a naive way for the same reasons.<\/em><\/p>\n Read more<\/em><\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n At the time of the Conquest<\/a>, humanity was approaching the end of the Fifth (and last!) Sun. But the Aztecs, like the Mayans, had long forgotten how to read the calendar-codex inherited from the distant Olmecs. If they remembered the prediction well, they no longer knew the dates. They didn\u2019t even remember what to mean by “sun”.<\/p>\n I will tell you this, because this term and what it covers does not designate our banal star of the day, but an episodic luminaire, much more powerful because very close to our planet, Hyperborea<\/a>, the Great Sun of the North<\/a>.<\/p>\n Today\u2019s Mayas go so far as to believe that seven suns have succeeded each other in the sky, seven successive stars have taken turns illuminating our planet. Which is both impossible and absolutely true. As I just said, the sun in question here is not our star, but a spherical mothership like the Black Star from Star Wars. This mothership has received many names in all land cultures: Nibiru<\/a> for the Sumerians, Four Northern Islands or Island of the Four Masters<\/a> for the Vikings, Gwenwed<\/a> for the Celts, Eden<\/a> or Adan for the Bible, Paradise<\/a> for the Christians, Al-Jenna or Janatu-Adn for Muslims, etc. I call it by one of its Roman names, Hyperborea<\/a>, because that is the name used by great Plato.<\/p>\n All the gods came from Hyperborea.<\/p>\nThe Sun of Tlaloc<\/h4>\n
