“How to get out of your body?”<\/em> or “For astral travel, what should you do? “<\/em> are questions that we often ask ourselves. The answer is impossible, you know. Can I explain the irrational with the language of reason? Yes, if I add images to the text as another lang<\/span>uage. I have been working on this double effort for 17 years. More and more of you are following me. And asking interesting questions …<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n Since I published the article Body Outing<\/a>, in which I relate my own experience, many Internet users are showing a growing interest in this practice. The same year, I wrote The Art Of Dreaming<\/em><\/a>, giving other tips on a more general way. I wanted to go further with the article Astral Travel<\/a>, where I give the starting point of this experience: it is only a question of vertigo and management of vertigo.<\/p>\n Apparently that’s not enough for my readers, since this question always comes up. Instead of repeating myself in response to your e-mails, it is better to write an article. What does not stop you from writing to me! Another prerequisite for a warrior to perform body exits: the sense of timing<\/a>.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Vivacity, responsiveness, tone, inner speed<\/a> — no downtime, no thinking, action, from eyes to legs, action prime, fly-like. These insects are so vivid because the signals they receive don\u2019t go through their brains. They go from eyes to wings. Which allows it to take off faster than your reflexes…<\/em><\/p>\n I am a quick person. I do not stretch out, I do not ramble. No complacency in my words. They are not only addressed to your mind, they also target your body, your behaviors, your understanding.<\/em><\/p>\n Strive to acquire the sense of timing that will give you the fluidity<\/a> necessary to follow the adventure in all its vicissitudes.<\/em><\/p>\n <\/p>\n \n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n But these are only words. You want concrete. How to get out of the body? How to live an astral journey? The answer may disappoint you.<\/p>\n There is nothing to do. Nothing at all. However, there are a lot of things not to do.<\/p>\n To get out of my body, I do nothing, it is done by itself. My point of assembly moves, a tiny offset is enough to assemble another world. It\u2019s not that complicated.<\/p>\n So how do you move its assembly point? It moves on its own. Reason has nothing to do with that. Will has nothing to do with it. The body does. The body is magical. It can do amazing things. But the brain is always watching and systematically opposes what it takes for madness. It\u2019s a guard. And a deterrent to hovering.<\/p>\n Our damn mind brings us back to reason. The luminous being turns into a robot. You find your initial programming, your brain also knocks out a computer puts you in the right path, where people do not fly in the astral because the astral does not exist.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n “The new seers say that the technique lies in awareness. First of all, we must be aware that the world we perceive is the result of the location of the point of assembly on the cocoon, in a specific place.”<\/em> The cocoon is the name that gives the new seers to our first subtle body, which they see as a more or less bright glow in the form of a mandorla, that is to say almond.<\/p>\n “Once understood, the points of assembly can be moved almost at will, which is the consequence of new habits. The point of assembly of man appears on a defined part of the cocoon by the command of the Eagle. But the precise place is determined by habit, by repeated acts. We first learn that it can be placed there, and then we tell it to be there. All the quotations of the present post come from this book.<\/em><\/p>\n <\/p>\n \n <\/p>\n The nagual Jean-Claude Flornoy has told me that twenty times a day for years. As soon as I asked him how or why, my benefactor was also rubbing me dry: “Let go of the mind. You ask too many questions, it stops you from acting. If you don\u2019t know, your body knows.”<\/p>\n The warrior of light has no need to know. He clings to this certainty: the being is pure light. Reason is darkness. The ancients called it the veil of Isis. This damned veil that looks like a fog thrown on the astral world. In its place, we perceive only this virtual world, this trap manufactured by powerful entities that feed on our forces, our energy, our light.<\/p>\n Castaneda calls them the voladores, or flying birds. He describes them as giant manta rays that hover over cities. When you drive to the Paris basin, before you see the city, you can see its halo of pollution. Pollution is the other name for the voladores. The foam of the virtual world. The steam of the mirage.<\/p>\n Castaneda and Flornoy were right, I am now convinced. It took me time. We were pioneers. Openers. Now the passage is marked. New generations will go faster.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Humility<\/p>\n The warrior does not play. He does not burn his life waiting. He acts. His action is not intended to accumulate fun or impressive experiences. He leaves the sensational in its place, on the fairgrounds. The warrior devotes his life to the search for the Self. To the overcoming of the ego. To the passage in the white light of awakening.<\/p>\n And the journey begins. Real life starts when you wake up. When you finally managed to kill the zombie. The ego finally lets you go, you know nothing but you understand everything. The white light bathes you, it penetrates your senses, not the ordinary five, but all the senses. Our divine powers, which the voladores devoured, are revived. Our true nature is flourishing in a quiet, serene and stable enjoyment.<\/p>\n Do not give in to the dizziness that overexcites. Do not convert at all costs those who do not go there. Each his way, each his song. To be modest, to seek invisibility. To be invincible, to remain invisible. To live happily, we must live in hiding.<\/p>\n If you need other words to express the unutterable, you can read this: Using the point of assembly and Moving its point of assembly. But reading will not bring you closer to the Self. Only action is the way. The warrior always acts, never expecting a result from his action. Thus he strengthens his shield of humility.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n In all the magic acts that the warrior can do, there is a dominant must. Leave your head out of it. Yes, cut off your head. Put your mind to rest. Do nothing in conscience. Don\u2019t think: and now what am I doing? This question makes no sense. Magic acts come from the energy body, and certainly not from the mind.<\/p>\n The mind is a computer just good at calculating the parameters of the ordinary world. They are only adapted to the dominant thought. Or rather, the dominant thinking is stupidly rational, completely ignoring that discoveries, innovations and masterpieces are born in the opposite: in madness.<\/p>\n This madness is controlled, which does not mean framed by reason. No. It is limited in time. This is where the importance of timing comes back. You could say that\u2019s the warrior\u2019s major quality. It is well understood that this famous sense of timing is not reflected. Is not calculated. Is not analyzed. Look at a ball virtuoso, how his foot gets to the right position, in the right place, at the right time.<\/p>\n It\u2019s the talent. It\u2019s the don\u2019t-do of the great footballer. And it doesn\u2019t always work. As soon as a player applies, as soon as he calculates his gesture, he fails. As Tintin does below …<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n The Warrior’s Flight<\/em> could be a book of Castaneda. Defrocked ethnologist of the 70s, this prince of the paradox has opened the way of Yaqui wisdom, or rather Toltec wisdom, for the whole young planet. Much imitated, never equaled, he laid the foundation of a philosophy of action that takes its meaning in a every moment practice. Many writers surf on the wave of nagualism, but few are those who testify to a lived knowledge. Let us quote an author at random –which does not exist– someone called JP Gourre: “If you want to leave your body, call first to you your allies, your spiritual protectors Without them, the trip out the body would be perilous, sometimes even without the possibility of return, then meditate deeply on your breathing You must detach your soul from your breath, by the strength of your concentration You will recover the vertigo of the flight of the bird, the gallop of the wild horse, the race of the wind in the meadow The spirit man is not limited to the material vision of the body Learn to see differently Try to conceive of your body as a pure spirit, and at the same time give to your mind the reality of a body.”<\/em><\/p>\n The quoted author is clearly in line with Carlos Castaneda as evidenced by the title of his article: Precepts From Native American Wisdom<\/em>. Well, I do not share his view, not at all. This description is nothing like my experience, or that of Castaneda, who for forty-five years has guided my evolution towards nagual. Mine and that of many others around the world.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n The author didn\u2019t experience it directly. He just aligns words without vibrating, just out of his head. He did not let his magic body take it to better suck the very substance of marrow<\/em>.<\/a>Fran\u00e7ois Rabelais<\/span><\/p>\n What role can the Castanadian do-not-do<\/a> play in the face of this shipwreck? Refrain from reading it. As I should refrain from quoting it… The not-to-do of the impeccable warrior consists in knowing without having read it that this text contained only nonsense.<\/p>\n If you read me, you have understood the opposite. My words sounded right, your body vibrated. Without thinking about it, you decided to trust me. It is the don\u2019t-do-choose. Your body knows this. But be careful! Do not put a mind in it. Ego has let go, do not remember. Just breathe. To let go of the body\u2019s powers, let your inner magic work.<\/p>\n And the magic act done, do not forget to thank. Who? We don\u2019t care. Thank, that\u2019s all.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Do not confuse ‘ally’ and ‘spiritual protector’.<\/strong> These two concepts are opposite: the spiritual protector comes from Christianity. It is first of all the guardian angel, who watches over the believer at every moment of his life. Or it is the patron saint, who plays the same role but more punctually, at the request of the believer through prayer. And finally it can be the confessor priest, the director of consciousness in the fashion of the past. Such characters are foreign to the Amerindian culture.<\/p>\n On the other hand, the term ally clearly refers to Castaneda. The ally is an entity from another plane of reality<\/a>, the one esotericists call the infra-world<\/a>. The nagual<\/a> Don Juan Matus tells of the sorcerer\u2019s encounter with an ally. It is very physical. The ally comes from a world based on electricity, and its sizzling touch is very unpleasant for us, creatures of a world based on water.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n In a difficult melee, the sorcerer must submit his opponent, phase that Castaneda calls: harnaching the ally. Once calmed down, the ally turns into steam and enters whole in a small gourd that the sorcerer has prepared for this purpose before the meeting, and which he will wear his life to his belt.<\/p>\n My benefactor had one where he kept his ally, the Grey Man, locked up. Strangely, while he rarely left her, his gourd was invisible, and she only appeared when he needed it. The ally in the gourd evokes the tales of the thousand and one nights, with the djinn in Aladdin\u2019s oil lamp. It is indeed very close.<\/p>\n The ally and the spiritual protector have absolutely no common point, and to confuse them denotes ignorance, lightness… or both.\u00a0 By unduly mixing the native American culture and Christian culture of Europe, far from helping the neophytes, they are rolled into the flour of synchristism.\u00a0<\/p>\n In short, synchristism is “the fusion of different cults or religious doctrines; in particular, an attempt to reconcile the various beliefs into a new one that would synthesize them”. (source)<\/p>\n This lengthy analysis was necessary. It is very difficult for anyone to describe the practice of body discharge. It is much easier to say what she is not. I have just done so thanks to this gentleman. He will forgive me if he recognizes himself.<\/p>\n This is the do-not-do of a text reading.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n Almost all astral flights arrive without warning. In this case, one has something else to do than to invoke his guardian angel or his confessor. The recourse to the ally is equally useless. We must manage the situation in an emergency, without thinking, without thought, without fear and without knowing why we find ourselves in a new place where the body weighs nothing, where we move immobile in a non-space where time stops.<\/p>\n After decades of practice (awakened at 16, I have 75) I am still unable to say if in the next second I will not find myself in astral, higher than the flight of birds. Ignoring this constant denotes a lack of practice. As often — too often! — this fake specialist talks about what he didn\u2019t experience himself.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n You feel like you are not getting anywhere? Don\u2019t worry. The conscious body exit will happen when you are ready. Then you will know how to do it. Your body will know.<\/p>\n Everything happens in the eyes. Your eyes change, they become brighter, they let out the light that is inside you. With the brightness, for a moment, your eyes will turn into a puddle of light, like the reflection of a bright light on a polished steel plate.<\/p>\n That\u2019s what an outside observer sees. You, the impeccable warrior, are just feeling ready at last.<\/p>\n Then everything becomes possible. Leaving the body, floating in infinity, assembling other worlds, inhabiting other human or animal bodies… and many other wonders whose list does not end.<\/p>\n How do you change your eyes? Nothing that you can control with your mind or your will. The only viatical thing about the warrior is his impeccability. It alone opens the doors of perception<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n <\/p>\n To regain your body, no particular difficulty. Do not let your fear govern you. The astral is a plane of reality where fear does not exist. If you are afraid, you are not in the astral and your fear prevents you from accessing it.<\/p>\n Let your body do, only master on board. Get out of your body, you do it every night. In your sleep there is no such thing as a mind to scare you. So everything goes the best way possible. It\u2019s as simple as breathing.<\/p>\n Those who are struggling to regain their physical bodies have let fear take over. They are paralyzed by fear. Straddling two worlds, the point of assembly oscillates from one to another.As long as you are afraid to be afraid, settle for your astral nocturnal turns. Try to remember your dreams, that will be enough for now.<\/p>\n The body is willing to be governed by emotions. Try to banish them, do not be surprised by anything so you can marvel at everything. It is necessary to trivialize, render anodin the wonders where you evolve like a fish in water, until the day when your true world will be the other world, that of the astral. In the world of ordinary reality, you will be like a fish with its mouth open on the bank. How to achieve this? Arm yourself with patience, everything comes at its time.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Don\u2019t worry about anything else. Do not expect future wonders, it would be neglecting those you are experiencing at the moment. Do not be attracted by the powers, they come without warning and leave against your will. Welcome them with simplicity, never refuse a gift of the living, but do not be too moved by it: powers are nothing, waiting for them is stupid, wanting them is worth nothing. They have come, and they will go. Like the spark of life that is lit without your knowledge and extinguished at its end.<\/p>\n You want to become the most powerful? You will feel miserable for a long time and you will die frustrated. You want to heal your fellow man? Start by healing yourself from your infirmities. Have you not yet understood that it is not you who decides? Your ego can do nothing but slow you down in your evolution. Go your way, little scarab. The young padawan does not think himself a jedi knight.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n I wrote the first version of this article in 2018. On this October 15, 2024, I confess that I am no longer worried about the paradoxes of the astral. I spend my life there. To be with both feet on the ground is a torture for me. Living in astral is quite possible for a pensioner like me.
