Listing all my body outings would be impossible: I live out of my body most of the time. You will find here my most surprising body exits. Honestly, they are incredible. Besides, I don\u2019t think it\u2019s me. And yet… Getting out of my body has become a banal act thanks to the art of dreaming<\/a> of Yaqui wizards<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

I had just realized that my consciousness and my mind aren\u2019t in my body<\/a>!! Discovery that I wasn\u2019t ready to forget… Except that… I decided at the time to keep it to myself, and I did well. In the crowd of celebrity candidates, I always felt nauseous. Second Body Exit<\/h4>\n

I was 16 years old. Still here, in Erquy<\/a>. I had to take a friend back to Saint-Cast on my moped. We didn\u2019t have a helmet or any protection. It was super hot, it was August 15th, and we were only wearing a t-shirt and swim briefs.<\/p>\n

There was no double saddle or footrests, he sat on the luggage rack. His feet were dragging on the ground, he would have to lift them for the good half-hour of the journey. He must have forgotten, or he had cramps in his thighs. At a sharp turn, the mob lay down on the gravel. My head hit the asphalt.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The shock was severe, but the most important: my moped was allright<\/a>sincere!<\/span>!! We got up, dusted. I got back in the saddle, dropped him off at Saint-Cast, went back to Erquy. And I fainted. My brother-in-law was studying medicine. He hurried to give me a heart massage. But I was no longer in my body. I was floating in a corner of the ceiling. The whole family was around my body and my brother-in-law who was banging on it.<\/p>\n

\nThe Astral Nap<\/h4>\n

Here is the trace of another life. I was 42 years old, I am 77. ” For years, I have liked to take a nap in the afternoon. When I was an apprentice with my benefactor<\/a>, I fell asleep on a couch, deeply, even snoring, in the midst of warriors and apprentices gathered around the Nagual who told his stories of power.\u00a0 I was sleeping deeply without ceasing to follow the conversation that was taking place over my sleeping body.
