Not only did the Atlanteans exist, not only did they come from distant stars, but they had ultra-fast long boats and UFOs, says the clairvoyant Edgar Cayce. And other researchers add more, including your servant who is one of the many.

Big Petit

More disturbing, it seems that this propulsion straight out of Atlantean technology has been rediscovered. What can leave a few on their assincredulous, old modules, soft gadgets demodules are they — never mind for them.

According to the flamboyant Jean-Pierre Petit – a nonconformist scientist well known to internet users – the Russians would possess torpedoes and even experimental submarines operating according to a similar principle: torpedoes and submarines “hypervelocity” at MHD.

Jean-Pierre Petit, born on April 5, 1937, 1988 years old in 2026!  in Choisy-le-Roi (France), is a French engineer, physicist and scientific popularizer who made a career at the CNRS and worked at the Observatory of Marseille. His research first focused on magnetohydrodynamics (MHD, marriage of fluid mechanics and electromagnetism), then on theoretical astrophysics.

He is known by the general public for his comic strips, in particular his series of scientific popularization Anselme Lanturlu, published from 1979.

From the 1990s, he publishes several books in the field of ufology (notably on the Ummo case, recognized as a fraud by its author in 1992) and supports the thesis of contacts with aliens.

His observations on the attacks of 11 September 2001 and on the tsunami of 26 December 2004 were described as conspiracy theorists by the website Conspiracy Watch. (source)

His website is particularly rotten,
but his research may not be…
One cannot be good at everything.

The Ummites

Ummo, in the Spanish transcription, or Oummo in French pronunciation, is an alleged planet that would be about 14.4 light years from Earth.

In any case, if one believes the “revelations” made through various typed letters and phone calls received from the mid-1960s.

Letters and calls that mostly came from Spain, but they were received in other countries. What could indicate informed sources, and which therefore sowed doubt in minds.

Ummites or Ummains

These letters claimed to be written by members of a group present on Earth since March 28, 1950, fifteen years earlier. This group calling itself the emissary of an extraterrestrial civilization, the Ummites, sometimes called Ummains… quite inummains!

Suspected for a long time of having made the letters ummites, José Luis Jordán Peña, finally recognized himself as the initiator of the case.

He admitted in 1992 that it was a fraud that he had pursued for 25 years.

A still experimental propulsion method

MHD

“Abbreviation for Magneto Hydro Dynamics, MHD propulsion method is still experimental, based on the work of the Englishman Michael Faraday. The MHD principle is to flow an electric current in the environment surrounding the moving object.

The moving body, simultaneously, will emit a magnetic field.

According to the law of Laplace, this field will exert a force on the electric current, and thus on the environment where it circulates: this is the principle of most electric motors. The medium being moved relatively to the moving object, that is it which, in response, will experience a force to propel it.” (source)Jean-Pierre Petit “We lost half of the universe

Chkval = Squale

The author first describes Russian high-speed torpedoes called Chkval, which would reach 250 to 312 mph through a system of cavitation.

This system allows “to isolate the torpedo by a gas film (the latter being produced by a generator located within the torpedo) and not by transforming sea water into steam.” (source)Jean-Pierre Petit “We lost half of the universe

To exceed these speeds, said Petit, “the only solution is to draw up the sea water on the sides of the torpedo and on its front side thanks to electromagnetic forces, using the MHD

Hydrophobic

Yet another solution would be using hydrophobic metals, ie “that repel water”, to make the hull of hyper swift ships. That was the Atlantean solution.

Like for the Russian torpedo, the energy would be supplied by a rocket propeller on which would be adapted a MHD generator, and this one would produce electricity used to power a “wall accelerator” throughout the torpedo, “the result being powerfully sucking sea water into the environment.” (source)

Superconductivity

“In the air, the MHD is more difficult to implement. The air being an insulator, it must be made conductive by strong electric fields. The air can then become more or less bright, what was frequently observed around the UFOs. As for the magnetic field, it can be created like for the boats.
However propulsion is more difficult to obtain in the air, since it must not only propel the moving body, but first compensate for its weight.”

Theoretical until the 90s, it became possible with the discovery of superconductors at low temperature. Superconductivity. Magic word, fascinating notion of the possibilities which our physicists dream.

Atlantean Heritage

Frankly, they should have been born a hundred thousand years ago, these things did not surprise anyone.

“In those days, a long time ago.
One can well say that it was the good time.”
Mackie’s Complaint”

The superconductivity that is at the forefront of our advanced research was known and used by the great ancients. This was the main quality of the metal disappeared from the Atlanteans, orichalcum, whose conductivity was such that they used it for their pyramidions or other lightning sensors.

Gravitational Lenses

Taking advantage of the planetary current that reemerges ideas and knowledge from Atlantis, an Australian free researcher, Ted Roach, claims that he has found a way to control gravity through what he calls gravitational lenses. Will his exciting idea be put under the bushel, once again?

In astrophysics, a gravitational lens, or gravitational mirage, is produced by the presence of a very massive celestial body located between an observer and a distant light source. The gravitational lens, printing a strong gravitational field around it, has the effect of deflecting the light rays that pass near it, thus distorting the images received by an observer placed on the line of sight. (wikipedia)

Ted Roach

Edward Charles Roach (1909–1997), was an Australian trade unionist, long-time leader of the Waterside Workers’ Federation (WWF) and prominent member of the Communist Party of Australia.

He was a key organiser of the 1938 Dalfram dispute, when dock workers, concerned with the occupation of China, refused to load ships destined for Japan with Australian pig-iron, a raw material for munitions.

He was twice imprisoned for his industrial activity. As a leader in the WWF during the introduction of containerisation, he was responsible for winning significant improvements in working conditions for those in the Australian stevedoring industry.

Principle

According to general relativity, a mass distribution diverts the light rays that pass nearby. In the case of a star, the effects remain limited because the mass involved is relatively small. But the effects can become significant and visible if the mass that disrupts the light is very large, for example in the case of a galaxy or a cluster of galaxies.

Deviated Light

Imagine that a nearby galaxy and a distant quasar are by chance aligned on the same line of sight in the same direction of the sky. The light that comes to us from the quasar is then strongly deviated during its passage near the galaxy. Thus, the light rays of the quasar that pass slightly above the galaxy are deflected downwards and give rise to an image of the quasar shifted upwards. On the other hand, the light rays that pass under the galaxy are deflected upwards and give rise to an image of the quasar shifted downwards.

In this way, the nearby galaxy, by disrupting the propagation of the quasar’s light, gives rise to several images of it. The total number of images is determined by the shape of the galaxy and the accuracy of the alignment. Sometimes, when the alignment between the two bodies is perfect, the image of the distant object can take the form of a luminous ring surrounding the image of the nearby object.

In addition to multiplying the images of the quasar, the galaxy will also concentrate its light rays and therefore produce brighter images. An effect that is far from negligible for the astronomer who tries to observe very faint bodies.

Quasar : quasi-star

Quasar Q0956+561

This consequence of general relativity was predicted by Albert Einstein himself in 1915 and the term gravitational lensing was first used by the British physicist Oliver Lodge in 1919. The idea that galaxy clusters could act as gravitational lenses was proposed in 1937 by the Swiss astronomer Fritz Zwicky.

Nevertheless, it was not until 1979 that the first real example was observed. That year, astronomers discovered two very close quasars in the sky. After analysis, the spectra of the two objects turned out to be practically identical from radio waves to X-rays. It could only be two images of a single quasar, later named Q0956+561. Subsequent observations confirmed it and showed that the gravitational lens was in this case constituted by a giant elliptical galaxy four times closer to us than the quasar. Since that time, many multiple images of quasars have been discovered.
