Body Outing

Listing all my body outings would be impossible: I live out of my body most of the time. You will find here my most surprising body exits. Honestly, they are incredible. Besides, I don’t think it’s me. And yet… Getting out of my body has become a banal act thanks to the art of dreaming of Yaqui wizards.

This mind-blowing practice changes the world with our dreams. It is the Naguals who teach it. We don’t always have a Nagual at hand, you’ll tell me. In fact, yes. When the time comes, the Nagual will be there. Open wide your fairy eye. In the meantime, here are some memories of the Dream.

First Body Exit

“At 12 years old, I had my first physical discharge. It was in 1961 in Erquy. As a pre-teen like the others, I did not take drugs or drink. Nor did I have the faintest idea of awakening. Easter holidays, I was gardening. When my bent back hurt, I sat up and fell each time in the contemplation of the sea that shimmered in the bay. This show, I still have it in front of my eyes while writing these lines, and I still can’t get enough of it.

Suddenly I felt the handle of my spade lengthening, lengthening endlessly. I felt myself being thrown into the sky. Shock! I was hovering about ten meters above the garden. Open-mouthed, I gazed at the sea and the sails seen from the sky.  The colors were multiplied into an infinite prism. Balls of fire flowed on the music of the spheres. Below, a man was digging in his garden. It was me!! While I was hovering, my body continued to live without me, as if nothing had happened”  (source)Xavier Séguin, unpublished

I had just realized that my consciousness and my mind aren’t in my body!! Discovery that I wasn’t ready to forget… Except that… I decided at the time to keep it to myself, and I did well. In the crowd of celebrity candidates, I always felt nauseous. Psi phenomena are often the open door to the shrinking place. To live happily, let’s live hidden.

Second Body Exit

I was 16 years old. Still here, in Erquy. I had to take a friend back to Saint-Cast on my moped. We didn’t have a helmet or any protection. It was super hot, it was August 15th, and we were only wearing a t-shirt and swim briefs.

There was no double saddle or footrests, he sat on the luggage rack. His feet were dragging on the ground, he would have to lift them for the good half-hour of the journey. He must have forgotten, or he had cramps in his thighs. At a sharp turn, the mob lay down on the gravel. My head hit the asphalt.

The shock was severe, but the most important: my moped was allrightsincere!!! We got up, dusted. I got back in the saddle, dropped him off at Saint-Cast, went back to Erquy. And I fainted. My brother-in-law was studying medicine. He hurried to give me a heart massage. But I was no longer in my body. I was floating in a corner of the ceiling. The whole family was around my body and my brother-in-law who was banging on it.

I shouted at them: “Stop! I’m not there anymore, turn around, I’m up to the ceiling!” No one heard me. No one saw me. Then I realized that I was dead. And I went back to my body. (source)Xavier Séguin, unpublished

The Astral Nap

Here is the trace of another life. I was 42 years old, I am 77. ” For years, I have liked to take a nap in the afternoon. When I was an apprentice with my benefactor, I fell asleep on a couch, deeply, even snoring, in the midst of warriors and apprentices gathered around the Nagual who told his stories of power.  I was sleeping deeply without ceasing to follow the conversation that was taking place over my sleeping body. So that at times, without waking me up in the least, I intervened in the conversation. It became a game between my benefactor and me. He was suddenly addressing my sleeping body, which answered him in a sepulchral voice, between two snoring.   That’s how I learned to navigate my dreams. To dream is to experience an out of body in full consciousness.

I experienced my first conscious bodily exit at the age of 12. I didn’t talk about it to anyone, convinced that I had better hide it as a shameful illness. And I did the right thing. Otherwise, I would never have had a normal adolescence. Well, almost. I still had a singular passion, derived from my physical outings: exploring the rooftops of Paris. With a friend of my ilk, we experienced exciting races, vertiginous and celestial.” (source)Xavier Séguin, unpublished

It’s a beautiful harmony when doing and saying go together.

Bilocation

To dream is to live a self-duplication, a bilocation. You are both asleep and awake, both here and there. One of the two is a double, but your consciousness is in both. Not at the same time: alternately. Quite a strange sensation.

A few years ago, I wanted to take a dip in the sea under the full moon of February. The Channel was icy, but I didn’t feel anything. I was elsewhere. In great danger. I swam towards the open sea, it was the ebb tide, I felt good. Detached…  I remember saying to myself ‘stop, as soon as you go past the point, you’ll be caught by the current, you’ll drown’ but it remained a dead letter, I kept swimming towards the dark, the endless night, vast like the sea, and cold too. Later, when the current caught me, I repeated to myself once again “you’re going to drown” but it was a simple observation as if it were another, an ant, an unimportant insect, and everything was fine like that.

Then I had the image of one of my places of power behind me on the coast. A magical rock where I liked to sit facing the sea. Suddenly I found myself on that rock. Shivering. Hallucinated. Without knowing how, I had torn myself away from the embrace of the icy water, I had made a leap of several kilometers, up to this rock on the cliff.

No, it’s even worse than that. The same second I let myself sink low in the icy water, I was also on this cliff, facing the dark night, listening to the monotonous sound of the waves below. Yes, I could have told myself that I had dreamed the whole story… Yet I was short of breath, fast.   I was out of breath, exhausted as if after a sustained effort. My clothes were soaked. I shivered without being able to stop. As best I could, I got up, I left in a hesitant race towards my home, through the trees. How did I do it? I was chattering my teeth, my clothes weighed like icy lead, but sweat was pouring down my face and chest.  A cloud passed over the round face of the moon. I could have sworn she had winked an eye at me.

Astral Saga

Second part: Small Death, upcoming

The memory of the external facts of my life has largely faded in my mind or disappeared. But the encounters with the other reality, the collision with the unconscious, have indelibly permeated my memory. There was always plenty and wealth there. Everything else goes into the background.
